My boyfriend and I are interested in buying a cabin in the area, so came in to see if this grocery store would be sufficient for our needs if we lived here most of the time. Grocery is super clean, well-stocked, has good-looking produce and meat. It doesn't have a dusty, barren post-apocalyptic feel, nor is it a convenience store pretending to be much more than junk food and fly swatters. Besides the typical grocery items, also has wine, firewood, and a deli. Everyone was really nice there, and prices aren't too bad either. Great place.

This place is awesome I accidentally left my phone in there bathrooms (Porta potty's outside) & was like well over 10-15min away from store , & when I finally realized I called them and a nice man went and grabbed my phone for me until I got back. Thankyou so much!!

Even though the pricing for food is expensive, I overall had a more than great experience with this store. The Canal itself has its charms to add to the ambience of the store. Awesome staff, and I mean everyone. They do offer shoppers rewards and holiday special pricing. Take advantage of sales as much as you can.
