BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! Let me start by saying this place deserves "0" stars. They damaged my vehicle and never paid for it. My husband and I had our 2017 Chevy Silverado transported by this company in March. When it was delivered, we inspected the vehicle for any damages. During the inspection, my husband noticed that the two front rims had scratches and one of the tires were sliced. When he pointed it out to the driver, he stated he didn't know how it happened and that maybe it was already there when he picked the vehicle up. My husband told him that wasn't the case and he wanted to see the inspection report from when the vehicle was picked up. He claimed he didn't have it. We attempted to contact Mercury Auto Transport, who we booked the service through but didn't get an answer. We took pictures and parted ways. My husband finally was able to get in contact with Devin, the owner of Hopes & Dreams. After going back and forth with him for about 2 weeks, he finally accepted responsibility for the damages. Devin stated that the cost of his deductible would exceed the cost of the damages, so he was going to just pay for the damages out of pocket. He then asked that we get 3 different estimates and submit them to him. We got the three estimates and submitted them. NOT OVER YET!!! Devin then stated that the funds would be coming from the driver.....What???? Wouldn't Devin be responsible for paying for the damages and then recouping any money owed by the driver? After "the checks in the mail" line and a whole lot of other ducking and dodging, we haven't received a dime for the damages done to our vehicle. We could have pursued this, but I told my husband that we have already spent to much time and energy, driving all over a new city trying to get those 3 estimates and still having anything to show for it.
