The young man in the front as a host (about 2/3 weeks ago) is absolutely incredible! Wish I would have gotten his name, but he instantly took care of me and my young kids. We came in for a dessert, I asked if we could get it Togo and he made sure everything was taken care of with such a smile and great customer service. He was the BEST! I sure hope he sees this and continues to be himself. He's definitely an example of who we should strive to be.

The first few times we came here were amazing (about a year ago). Now the last few times we've been the food has been consistently undercooked, bad quality, or inedible. Each time we have come lately there is something bad quality with the food (crazily over salted fries, undercooked tempura pickles where they are doughy inside, queso dip that was literally cold in the center, woody chewy chicken tenders). I think they need some retraining for some of the cooks and should verify the quality of their ingredients.

We went here for lunch and my husband had the breaded chicken sandwich, which was lacking seasoning and you couldn't eat it cause it was falling apart. I have the grilled chicken sandwich it was ok better than the one my husband had. Our server was amazing which was the best part of our trip.
