Over the years I have had numerous dealings with this company, starting with the original owner of Pedersen Realty. The management and staff are professional and have been there for sometime. If comparing them to a ship I would say they run a tight ship. Controlled and well organized. I have yet to experience any problems in my dealings with Horizon Realty.

Horrible nasty snakes....I left my property very clean and they said they are keeping all my deposit, I even had the carpet professionally cleaned, thankfully I took lots of pictures. I transferred to another one of their units before I found out they are keeping my deposit and they didn't give me a 24 hour notice to enter and did into my new rental .....I just moved into it 3 days ago now they said i must move out today....they are crazy luckily I'm a landlord for another company and I know my right. Sucks for them 😂

Great to rent from! They are the best in town. Flexible and accommodating. Renting from them for multiple years. Jeff is very personable and professional, bad reviews are probably due to unreasonable renters who just don't understand the difficulties of renting
