Feeling so blessed I was referred to Dr. Baker office when my doctor retired. Everyone is so friendly and helpful! I would like to give a shout out to Deanna! I was having trouble with insurance coverage and she was able to fix the issue right away! Stressful issue for me and she followed through until it was corrected. She never gave up. I am sure she has many patients to care for but she made me feel so important. Dr. Ericka Gilson is amazing too. Thanks for all you do! Deanna you are so appreciated! Thank you!

They are the most helpful and kindest group. I could not find where I needed to go for my labs and they literally stayed on the phone and directed me there. Wow what amazing customer service.

I was looking for primary care. So, I made an appointment with Katelyn Neufeld which took about a month to see her. On Monday, the day before my appointment, I took the time to fill out the necessary document online which took about 30 minutes. On the day of the appointment, at 9:00 am (work day), I was looking forward to meeting someone who potentially be my primary care. The front desk gal asked for my ID and insurance card. She scanned it and then handed me a letter informing me Katelyn would be leaving within a couple of months. I'm thinking, why the hell didn't they call me before showing up to this appointment? I turned around and walked out of the office. I chose not to be part of HorizonView Health which demonstrated how my time is not valued.
