We recently moved here and discovered this absolute gem of a restaurant. Right off the bat, 100% rating on their health score (yes I pay attention to that). They have great service and are family friendly! I love ordering their wings extra crispy and they always come out on time exactly how I ordered it. Service is always amazing. My server tonight (04/25/2024 around 6:30 pm) was 10/10 the best service I've gotten probably in my entire life. I was a waitress for 6 years and am a hard critic when I get served. This lady truly went above and beyond and deserves to be recognized! The restaurant was swamped because of a power outage and she still took care of us with a smile. Thanks for being a reliable and consistent dining experience for us!

Incredibly friendly staff and such fun decor! Stopped by for something carby and a crisp Diet Coke after a night camping and got exactly what we were looking for.

Stopped into Horse and Cow for wings and beer this afternoon. We all got something different, wings come in bone-in and boneless, I found the boneless to be very dense and on the hard side, the bone-in wings were as expected. There were at least 30 beers on tap. There was only one server in the main room and outside seating area, so service was understandably impacted. Definitely worth a stop in, the history and imagery on the walls is fantastic.
