The only reason I am giving this 1 star is because I’d the nice lady in the office. The shop charged me over $300 of “diagnostic time” to tell me I had a fuse out...I find it hard to believe that it took that long to find a fuse problem....I think I was overcharged because I am a women and probably wouldn’t know any different....this place came highly recommended and I am seriously disappointed...

After 2 appointments & 1 followup in between, my jeep still wasn't fixed. Multiple times it was mentioned that because my JGC was old ('95) the computer couldn't scan for error codes which leads me to believe they can't diagnose a problem unless the scanner tells them what that problem is. After the 1st appointment a spark plug wasn't tightened after the 2nd I found a hose not connected at all. Save your time & money by going elsewhere. They created more issues then it came in with.

Bill Hosmer is a savvy technician and a craftsman. If an aftermarket part doesn't fit properly, he will design a way to not only make it work but the final product will be a "work of art". His rates are not inexpensive but his work is great.
