this is an okay hot topic it's not really a place I see myself going to very much but they do have quite a good selection of Funko pops especially like rare ones so if you like your Funko pops check them out The stores usually kept up pretty okay the selection in this store is pretty good as well

I asked regarding chase Funko pops while instore early this afternoon. Few mins later after I left....... overweight employees makes a post on Instagram of 6 Gyomei funko pops which includes a chase. I went back ASAP and ofcourse its sold........
Literally, what the hell! This is my last time im coming to this store. Worse customer service, ever!

So today I went in to see if they had any original star steven universe shirts in stock, and when I asked the lady at the register she said there weren't any of the star ones left and they had been "sold out for awhile". But mentioned there were other themed shirts from the show towards the back, without showing me. So I went and looked, and after making my way around I eventually came across two stacks of shirts from the show right near the check out where her and a floor person were standing. I literally found the bright red shirt first look at the bottom of the pile of black shirts that were with the show, as it was pretty easy to see standing out bright red in a pile of black shirts. So I'm not sure if I should be glad that's how they (didn't) provide customer service, because my sister went in the day before and they told her the same thing, but I got the last one! Without the lady ever checking inventory or having the floor person they were talking to actually go look. My sister told me Same situation played out the day before because I had her look when she was there. I could have turned around and walked out the minute the lady said no and they would have lost a sale right there. I would have bought a pin but didn't care to after knowing they care so little to just try. I don't go to the mall often, and the fact that the employee working yesterday had already told my sister they didn't have it, could have prevented me from even going in today. Glad I was feeling lucky! I usually trust the word of a store employee.
