My experience was so awesome, simply because of the employees at the Tacoma mall location. I will absolutely forever be a loyal customer to this location specifically! Literally every single employee that was working today was amazing, incredibly helpful, and my experience was just all around fun and enjoyable! The manager that helped me was Chris! Let me tell you, this man deserves a raise!! He went above and beyond anyway that he could to make my experience wonderful and he 100% did make my experience the best! Chris is such an awesome manager that I would even consider working at this location, and that says so much more then I can even put into words! My experience was the best I've ever had at any hot topic and hands down has the coolest people working there. It's no wonder the employees are awesome and happy, because their manager is the best!!! 10/10 recommend this location! I think it's really important that the employees at this location are recognized for their hard work and amazing personalities!

Love love love the merch in this store. However, the employees there made me feel like a thief. Watched me closely and stood next to me while I looked for an outfit for my daughter. I know I'm plus size and can't wear their clothes but my kids can. Left without getting anything.

Whoever closed tonight was unbelievably rude. We walked in and were immediately told not to mess up there shirts and after that we were told to leave because they were closed. I’ve never been to a place that had zero customer service skills like I understand they wanted to leave but a simply hey sorry we’re closed when we walked in would’ve been nice and appreciated instead of their rudeness. Never going back to this one again it was unacceptable do better with the people you hire!
