Staff is very helpful and very professional. I love just browsing because you never know what you'll see in there lol If you have any questions the staff have always been available quickly and are always willing to help. Will definitely shop there again.

The employees will go out if their way to help you find what you need. Lots of great anime tshirts, key chains and more. Great clearance section. Love the plushie characters. Great place for gifts. Easy to locate in Kitsap mall. They offer 10% discount for military. You can combine this with sales prices as well (discounts can stack).

Most people were nice. We did encounter one lady that was very rude. We asked what the difference was on a couple of pairs of pants and she got very defensive. It seemed like she thought we were blaming her for the prices when we were just wondering if the manufacturer changed fabrics.
