Always amazing customer service and friendly atmosphere. Never judgment and just fun to be here. Prices are on the higher side for mass produced edgewood stuff, but can't beat the employee's willingness to be helpful and knowledgeable about their stuff.

Compared to other Hot Topics I've been to, unfortunately this one is at the bottom of the list. I love Hot Topic, however, this location has a very small selection. This also was the first store I have been in where I wasn't greeted by anyone and there were three employees there.

I wish I could say I will come here again, but it's doubtful. I prefer the stores down in San Jose.

My experience with shopping at Hot Topic was only to browse. The store had lots of Anime and lots of dark and retro clothing. The store is small and very clean. My visit was short and interesting. O do recommend a visit.
