I went there a while ago and did the 1 1/2 hour class. I was exhausted upon finishing but after a couple weeks I realized I had no pain in my back and legs. I am going back and now realize the benefits.

This is a gem. Wonderful teachers, clean, tranquil environment...the perfect place to end my work day. I leave feeling rejuvenated in body and spirit. Highly recommend.
