Stayed 3 nights here. The service was impeccable from the moment I left my Uber. I was greeted at the sidewalk and assisted with my bags. The front desk staff were friendly and quick to help out. The room was spotless, the soaking tub was so relaxing, the view was beautiful, and the location was great to get to all the hotspots downtown. You're two blocks from the waterfront, a short walk to Pike Place, and there are tons of shops nearby for whatever you may need. Oh, and the espresso maker is the room was a nice bonus. Beds were turned down each night with a satchel of lavender, ice bucket was filled, and even the water bottles they left in the room were fancy and much needed for all the walking you'll do in the city. They were quick to bring up any requests I had, too. The only reason the service is a 4 of 5 is because I tried to order room service one night, and no one answered my call. That was disappointing but not a big deal because there are tons of places to eat. Would happily stay here again!

From the exceptional service, to the beautiful clean rooms, immaculate food. There is no other place to stay for us in Seattle, hotel 1000 superseded our expectations making a very special occasion of ours one for the books. Thank you for your outstanding staff providing such quality hospitality. We will be back and will be sending our friends and family here.

Had the most incredible experience and superb service. From Dillon at the Valet being so kind & helpful, to the bartender Jon. There was a late night issue (the room above us left their water running and it flooded our room while we were at dinner) that was immediately solved by staff. Within minutes they had a new room for us, and Scott was so helpful in moving us. Thankfully none of our personal effects were damaged. The checkout with Troy was pleasant and helpful. Even in chaos the hotel went so far above and beyond for us. The manager Lukas also went out his way to reach us and ensure all was well. Would have left a 5 star review even without them going so far above expectations, but it was truly exceptional service from all of the staff we interacted with through our stay.
