Hotel California has a very welcoming staff. They foster a very supportive environment that allows for open and safe conversations. The accommodations were very comfortable and in a beautiful setting. The food was plentiful and was never in want of something else. The other residents were also very supportive, we developed a family-like relationship. I cannot say enough good things about my stay at Hotel California.
I would like to say a special thanks to Tori and Ben for going that extra mile for me. Thank you both.
don’t come here if you’re trying to get off benzos comfortably. also you can find a much better place that doesn’t try to fraud your insurance & tell you lies before coming in. i was told that they would allow me to continue taking klonopin while in residential, instead they thought it would be a good idea to switch up on me once i was there. they put me on a 5 day taper which caused me to have horrible, unnecessary withdrawals; leading to a panic attack that lasted for 6 hours in the ER. the staff doesn’t truly care except for angie & jordan (thank you for helping me out in the best ways you could). long story short, do your research. make sure they’re not lying to you. i was lied to so many times, and now i know this is usual for treatment centers. STAY AWAY!
