I was contacted by an outside Salesman and purchased an add months ago(Last Fall). When my proof came it was not acceptable nor accurate. I contacted Hotel Laminates by phone and every time time I called I had to leave a voicemail to tell them the proof was inaccurate and not acceptable, even the business hours were wrong.. My voicemail's were not returned after about 5 attempts. I sent an email and explained how unhappy I was with the proof. I never received another proof after several more attempts. I finally called and spoke to the Manager' voicemail and said "At this point I just want my money returned" I then received a call from him telling me I should expect a full return the following week. This was over 5 Months ago and I have still not received my refund. This is for McGuire's Irish Restaurant and Pub in Yakima, Wa.I am still waiting for this refund.
