They shouldn't have a FIREWORK VIEW Room to choose from, because it's SO NOT TRUE! I booked FIREWORK VIEW room, and this is what we can see. Side view of firework, blocked by another building. It might be a great location for people who actually go to the park, but I spent 2.5 hours on the road to see the fireworks while my schedule was jam-packed. I couldn't afford the time so I tried to splurge on the fireworks, sacrificing my dinner choice in downtown LA. What a waste of time and money!

The hotel was nice, staff was great. Honestly though, they get five stars because they have a hotel delivery robot that my 3 year old liked more than Disneyland. We made multiple trips to the lobby to check and make sure that "Lulu" was doing ok.

I’m above and beyond disappointed. I stayed here about a year ago and everything was fine. Then i stayed here again a few days ago and it was so disgusting. For a new hotel and the price I expected it to be clean but nothing special. it was gross. the room was fairly clean but the bathroom was horrible to the point I wouldn’t even shower and i was there for four days. The pictures below explain pretty well why i wouldn't. my sister had to shower so she did but she agreed she wish she didn’t especially after her body was super super itchy after. There was also brown stuff on the ceiling when she showered. Don’t stay here if you want a clean hotel. my safe was also broken and i had to get them to fix it. The lady at the front desk (I believe Shannon) was amazing and a delight to talk too!
