The staff up front was NOT friendly. It was not a warm experience from the start. They need to work on their customer service skills and learn how to be nice to customers.
But I had a very pleasant positive experience with the Doctor and his male assistant. The doctor was professional and respectful. His male assistant was also kind and friendly. The doctor spent some time with me to understand my problem. He explained everything in detail. I appreciate that he took his time to go over the diagnosis and treatment options. He provided his expertise and a willingness to listen and discuss. I knew right away where I stood and what the next step looked like. It is rare to find a Doctor who combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality medical care. I would highly recommend Dr. H. Vosoghi to anyone.
