Going the extra mile. Seems like a pretty simple business model. But unfortunately, like most other common sense business models, it has all but disappeared.
Not at House Automotive Thousand Oaks. I'm here to let you know it is alive and well. Aaron, shop manager and Master tech Chris are outstanding. They took the time to diagnose a software issue keeping me from passing smog. Thanks to all their effort I am now in possession of like 2025 tag.
Most shops are parts changers. They will guess a repair solution and replace unneeded parts at your expense. Not here. Chris is on point with diagnosis and execution due to its extensive history with Porsche vehicles. Most shops are under such pressure to get a gross daily revenue target number that they forget about long-term relationships that will turn a far higher profit. Not here. Aaron is completely upfront with the estimate cost for both repairs and service. Nothing added or hidden.
These are very expensive vehicles, and the owners are extremely passionate. The brand loyalty is unequaled. To find a shop that understands that relation between vehicle and owner is uncommon.
