I can no long go back to store bought bread, their country sourdough loaf is SO good. Tried other bakeries but house of bread is so far the best, I can just eat it by itself, so fluffy. Please don’t go anywhere anytime soon <3

The wife found this place by accident after seeing people line outside this nondescript storefront on her way to the Westwood area. I'm glad she did.
They have the best croissants I've had so far in LA. We have tried the plain croissant and the cheese croissant and both has been fantastic. Crispy outside, multilayered, and soft inside. Perfect texture in my opinion. The cheese in the cheese croissant was very good quality too - no weird fat smell.
We also got a slice of the banana bread which I thought was very well made as well. Not too sweet, soft inside with plenty of walnuts.
Highly recommend this bakery.

I work upstairs, so I often pop in here for their cinnamon bread—it's incredible! Their dips are excellent, too, especially the yogurt dip; it's so delicious! You can tell they’re doing something right because every morning, a line of people is waiting to get their food. The service is quick, and the chicken salad dip is also a 10/10.
