SCAM WARNING! I ordered an LG dryer online from this place for my grandmother and on the next day I get a call from manager Armando Padilla saying that the dryer I ordered is out of stock and that he would replace it with a higher priced Samsung model, but would match the price. We agreed and the delivery date was set. Then the next day he calls again, and says that the price for the Samsung did not include the hose, the electricals, and all the accessories so I’d have to pay an additional $100. Classic bait and switch. Beware these guys are douchebags.

Our experience was amazing. Our dishwasher broke and we went to the Howard’s Labor Day Sale. We left there with a beautiful new dishwasher and it was effortless! The staff was pretty busy that day but we were quickly helped out and we had our new appliance loaded up in minutes! 10/10 recommend Howard’s in Riverside.

Needed a part for a very reliable but very old Kenmore washer. Called the parts dept. I described what I needed and was told the part price, which I thought to be cheap. He said it would take 3 days to get part. Three days unfortunately put it's arrival for Sunday which meant I wouldn't see part till probably Wednesday, this is what I figured. I told him to order the part. On Saturday I got a call from the parts guy and I was figuring to be told it was back ordered, but nope, the gentleman had ordered the part next day, at Taylor's expense! I went and got part then fixed washer. These people are by FAR the best to deal with. Every business should have employees and run their business like Taylor's. UPDATE: I'm guessing Howard's took over, because the name changed. Haven't been there to order anything. I just hope the new owners are as good as the last. Which will be very hard to do. Thanks Taylor's, you were the best.
