Howard's Furniture Refinishing

NO STARS FOR THEM! I called to get an estimate for my diningroom table and not only did this man answer unprofessionally, but in mid sentence i got hung up on while trying to explain that i wanted my table restored. So i figured maybe we had poor reception and he couldnt hear me. I called back and went throught the whole scenario again and he told me to email him with pics of my table so he can give me an estimate, and being that he had a slight accent it was a little difficult to understand him. Well he just blew the lid on me and started yelling at me that he didnt have time to be repeating his email to me because hes very busy and doesnt have time.... I was tooken away by this and asked him to calm down because i was trying to do buisness with him and he kept rambling on. I just kindly told him i would not be needing his services, and hung up. Left me feeling very confused and shooken. Not sure if he is the owner, but i definatly did not want to be apart of doing any buisness with someone who is confrentational and impatient with his customers. Communication is the first step and if you cant get passed that, than mostlikely you wont be getting very far...😒👎
