Came in the other day to pick up a few things. After I bought my stuff I realized I was overcharged for a couple items. I came back and asked about it. They said they were going to refund me but they ended up charging me MORE which I didn’t see in my credit card until two days later.
Pretty dissatisfied and disappointed. Their phone number didn’t work. Hopefully they reach out to me and try to fix this.

My favorite store in Oakland! Amazing selection of unique wine, spirits, beer and artisanal food and snacks that you will not be able to find anywhere else in the area.

No cash accepted, but also there is a minimum (or 50¢ credit card fee, which is not disclosed in any signage, and which there is no choice to avoid). Have been a frequent customer in the past, and the one time I think "oh I'll just grab a can of soda" on the way back from the gym, they have to be rude about something like that. Won't be supporting in the future.
