Very impressed with the speed and professionalism. First time customer with a bad pump and a flooding bathroom. They made it to my house within an hour or 2 and quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue. The technician was very polite and professional and I feel like the price was reasonable. I've owned my home for 28 years and maintained my septic tank regularly, but when it came time to have my tank pumped this year, I used Howdys Doody Service for the first time. Why did I wait so long? I've used a different service every 4 years because I've NEVER been happy with the work. Either they're extremely overpriced, they 'invent' non-existent issues, or they recommend unnecessary upgrades.

I was dreading the routine service that was due this summer, but a friend recommended Howdys Doody service so highly I had to give them a try.

When I called to inquire about service, they took the time to look up county records and past service so they could see what type of tank I had and give me a very accurate price quote. That has NEVER happened in the past 28 years. I still had doubts that the quoted price would be the "real" price, but they did NOT let me down.

The technicians arrived on time (also unusual), they introduced themselves and got to work right away. They finished in no time, covered the tank back up and charged me the price quoted.

I cannot say enough good things about the professionalism and excellent customer service.

I asked to get my take pumped. When I looked at the bill it was significantly less than expected. They charge for for a inspection because I didn't need it. It's nice to find an honest company that isn't going to overcharge for something you don't need. Thank you
