I’ve been working with Mr Han Jo for about 10 years now. I can only say good words about him and his service.
He is always on top of everything and I know I can get my taxes filled on time with him.
And most importantly, he will do everything with big smile on his face.

I was just in the Agoura Hills, CA office and was verbally assaulted and physically threatened by an employee. When I walked in he asked how he could help. I told him I had a 8:45 appointment. He replied, "No, you don't." I told him I made an appointment on line. He said, "No, you didn't." Stunned, I again assured him that I did. When he saw my appointment on his computer he told me that I had an appointment to drop off documents. I said that's correct, "I do have an appointment, then." Then he started getting angry. I asked him if he wanted my business, and that I couldn't believe he was treating a customer this way. He then got up out of his seat, told me to leave and came toward me. I thought he was going to hit me. He angrily told me to leave again, and that he was going to call the police. I was actually in fear that he was going to attack me. Unbelievable, H and R Block. I did my taxes at this same office last year with another agent and the service was good. But after this incident, not only will I never use H and R again, I will actively tell everyone I know, online and off, about this crazy, deranged employee who treated me in such a manner.
