Beware!! Used H&R Block since local and nationwide. The communication was horrible. They filed our taxes incorrectly costing us penalties and multiple correspondence with IRS and delaying by almost 7 months a substantial refund. Original tax preparer completely disappeared. Owner was no help. Paid extra for insurance with them to handle any necessary paperwork. Worst experience we’ve ever had with a “so called” tax preparer.

3 years in a row the owner of this facility botched our taxes. Requiring late fees and additional charges due to he forgot to file the papers. Then he passed us off on one of his hired help that would not return our phone calls, etc. Took months and months to final our papers and get our reimbursement. Never use this firm. He owns 5 facilities passed down to him from his father. Never again.
