I know my taxes are done correctly and it is something I don't have to worry about. Michael does a wonderful job and gives me great confidence in H & R Block. I will be back!

I will never use this place ever again. She completely screwed up my return and on top of that put the wrong address on it as well regardless of haveing my address on multiple pieces of paperwork I provided her. They told me there was nothing they could do to fix what they messed up, and that I would have to call the IRS my self to fix the issue even though they were the ones that messed up. And getting through to the IRS is almost impossible. Yet had the audacity to laugh about the issue in the begining till they realized I was mad.
