Got my whole tax return taken last year and beocause you h and r messes up on my taxes i lost my whole income tax return last year and you still charged me ti do my taxes this year you guys should of been courteous enough to realize you're company made a mistake and offered to do my taxes for free but no you charged me $85.00 to do them any ways

I had an issue with my return when I tried to file it by myself online. when I went into the store and just had them do it the issue was resolved in the IRS accepted that return. I always dread tax season, I feel like I don't have to anymore I'll just have them do it.
