I really like my tax professional Kathryn Byer she is wonderful and the reason I keep coming back. But the receptionists that I worked with, If I had to deal with them on a regular bases, I would never step in the place again they were condescending and rude, I came in one night a few mins after closing and I did not realize they were closed because the door was not locked, they did not greet me they asked why I was there. I came back during business hours and they were having issues finding my tax return. and told me it was not done when asked them to look again they finally did, and did find it. There was nothing welcoming when I came into the office. Last year when I was there I was treated much different, much more professional. I am customer service and front office reception.

Denise is always so nice and so helpful when filling our taxes. She breaks things down so that we can understand it and she makes sure we get a good refund.

Sadly, I am updating this review from five stars to one. Two years in a row now, this office has no-call, no-showed for my scheduled appointments. Last year, I waited three weeks for them to finally return my phone call. Next year I will definitely be bringing my tax needs elsewhere because this location is disorganized and unreliable. Simply unacceptable.
