They reported my 2020 tax wrong, and we have visited their offices 7 times in past months, and none of them fixed the issue. Be careful with them. I bought their insurance package, but, they just kicked me around to other offices, I don’t think they are treating people fair. Not only these tax “pro” but also their managers are not responsive. They simply said “oh, it was not my case” then they said they would fix, but they did not. So, 7 out 7 of them failed, and this tells something about their attitude. I am very stressful because irs kept sending me bill, and I personally spent a lot of gas and time to deal with them. I really regret using them.

I had an appointment with a tax consultant at this location. He started my appointment 30 min late. And then he took ~10 min to take print out of my documents. He was also getting irritated when i asked questions and was rushing since his next appointment was running late. When i said i have more questions and if you are busy now can I come back later, he got super angry and said please don't come to me and gave all my documents back to me. Very frustrating experience and total time waste on a Friday evening.
