I've always had great service. John Banks had been our tax professional for years. This year he wasn't able to because of health issues so we have karen gilbertson who did a great job also.

This was the first and LAST time I will ever use this company to file taxes. The only reason they even got one star is because the guy I worked with was really nice. After filling my taxes and paying them I still hadn't received a refund or confirmation a month later, when I called to check on it they admitted they weren't actually submitted all the way. Extremely inconsistent with their information and I've gotten little to no help after they ran my card.

Completed several years of taxes and the gentleman that helped made a mistake on how payment was to be received. Contacted his manager while I was there for a work around. Provided the next steps and we went on, several months waiting, I received a call that two years still haven't been filed. Manager stated they would not take responsibility for their mistake. I'm dumbfounded! I went here so mistakes wouldn't be made and now here I am cleaning up their mistakes.
