Our experience met all expectations.. The amount of our refund was what we were told last year that it would probably be and it was. Tax preparer was well versed in our situation and very friendly and helpful with our working through the return. Our return was done in record time for us, also a good reason to continue with H&R.

Kim is very efficient and focussed - she gets right down to business. She is motivated to keep the cost down and get the details right. She is systematic and thorough.
