Lordes Beck, my tax preparer, lost my tax 2019 return and had to supply me with a copy. We gave her our return so she could complete a amendment she falsely told us we needed to complete. She subsequently claimed to her supervisor that we did not give her the paperwork. My wife and I are not happy with her service.

My preparer,Grace Rodreguez, was a Godsend. I lost this year's IRS pin, but she put in the extra effort to guide me through retrieving it from my IRS account login and successfully submitting my return.
