The tax professional was extremely rude and unhelpful. She treated me as if I was unintelligent. Instead of trying to be helpful she was very disrespectful. Do not go to this H&R Block in Grand Mound

DO NOT FILE YOUR TAXES HERE IF YOU HAVE WIN/LOSS FORMS OR W2G FORMS!!!! It took about an hour of my time with a "Qualified tax professional" to make a $25,000 mistake on my taxes then throw it in my face that it was essentially my problem to fix it with the IRS, only after telling me that the tax shield I paid for would be null and void if I corrected it myself. All because she didn't know how to read a form.
