Miscues. We mentioned from the very start that we are paying for the fee up front but we didn't realize that it was charged and subtracted on the income tax filed. We made this clear even we we came early with the receptionist- we were just trying to save 40 dollars for the charge. When we're done and went upfront, he told us that it was already subtracted, and he didn't try to give us an option if this could be fixed.

The meeting was plesant the lady was very efficient and personable within less than a hour she had completed our return which was fairly complicated long form. We ended up with a rebate from IRS and were extremely happy.

The person who prepared my taxes was very informative with the documents I needed to file. This year I had more to file than last. He also explained things in a way I was able to understand. And made sure I understood. It was an efficient and quick appointment.
