When I got there, it wasn't crowded, which is a good thing for me. However, I wanted coffee at least and there was none. Hence taking out a star from my review. Also, parking may be difficult, because you would have to park on the street.

I was seen immediately upon arrival despite being a walk-in. All other appointments were rescheduled to allow for my tax filing completion despite me having 3 years of tax ppwk. A fresh pot of coffe was brewed for me and I was allowed to use the restroom 5 times during my whole 3 hour visit. Good ppl there and good work!

Easy and great service. Denise Colvin has done my taxes for years. She makes a comfortable environment and is knowledgeable. I plan on using H&R Block every year.
