I can't say that I was thrilled with my service here. The receptionist was extremely rude and demeaning, even eluded that I was "shady", and I feel misled by the preparer. They raf is a joke, and again misleading. I only went here to get an advance on my refund and expressed that upfront. The preparer did my return, charged like $350... wasn't able to get any more for me than I was able to on turbo tax and wasn't able to tell me if I was able to get the refund anticipation loan at the end of it all. Said I would receive an email letting me know, which over 24 hours later I still have not received. I am not happy. I left a message with the rude receptionist and haven't received a call back. What a waste of time and money.

Linda did my taxes. She is friendly , funny, and professional. She has a wonderful personality which made me feel calm. She answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend Linda. I will see you very soon Linda,

H&R Block has the best teams of professionals. They are knowledgeable, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. I have been going to the same tax professional, Linda Green for many years and am very thankful for her knowledge, professionalism, and overall excellent customer service throughout the years. We are so impressed with the entire team at H&R Block!
