Catherine was very helpful in understanding our taxes and I was so impressed with her thoroughness. She double checked everything and it is helpful to have a screen to look at as well.

I called H&R block to ask a tax question and was never called back. I called again and a lady called me a few hours later. After asking if I was getting my taxes done at their office she made a comment "Well, I have clients I need to get with so I'll make this quick". She gave me a one line answer, and when I started speaking again, she interrupted me and hung up the phone. It's one thing to be upfront and tell me that unfortunately they cannot give me the answer (if I need to be a client), than to treat someone rudely and hang up the phone on them. There was no professionalism in this phone call. I would NOT recommend.

Julie Tucker is a master of her trade and gets my taxes done in a timely and professional manner. I've been a returning client of hers for many, many years and fully trust H & R Block to do the job right, the first time. Thanks again!
