I only go to this location because it's convenient. Their receptionist is absolutely lovely. But their accountant James or "Jim" was very cold, condensending, short and rude. He made me feel absolutely unwelcomed. He wouldn't help me. I walked out almost in tears. Maybe he was having a bad day, but towards me at least, his people skills were very much lacking.

Worked with Rob Ritzman for many years, feel comfortable working with him. I feel less stress during tax season. Thank you for all your hard work. The cost is reasonable too.

Been working with this H&R block location for 3 years. Had nothing but good experiences and speedy service. Recommend arriving early to look for parking as Capitol Hill can be crowded at times.
