These are the most incompetent people I have ever delt with, not just in taxes but in general. I brought my mother's tax info for her final return and one 1099 for the sale of her house completed under the estate. It took them over 2 weeks to "complete" them. Told me I could handle it remotely (that was a lie) and when I go to sign the returns, charge me 3x the price i was told it would be and the estate return was not completed correctly. I ended up buying turbo tax business and doing the estate return my self for a fraction of the cost in under 20 minutes.
