I was not given a price on payment until the very end! My associate was new and fairly unexperienced and really had no clue what she was doing. Kept marking me as married and I'm single (made sure she changed it) so needless to say I am very unsatisfied and would not recommend or return

I enjoy going to H&R Block, because I have been going to them for over twenty years. They know me inside and out. I like the fact, that I can walk in the door and not even see me for a year and know my name. I am impressed with the receptionist she makes you feel right at home. She doesn't say who are you here to see. (She knows). I only get to see them once a year. I can't remember everyone's name. Anyway, everyone in there, if you have a problem no-one says, you need to talk to the person who did your taxes. Everyone will help you and they are very polite and courteous.

I’ve been going to H&R Block from 4 years with the same agent Karen an I couldn’t ask for a better person then her she has watch my family grow and has always took care of us!!! Always professional!!
