Very nice and explain all the items we went though.

HR block advertises transparent pricing, but the cost of the service wasn't presented to us until after we had completed the taxes, furthermore the agent wasn't well versed in her field and was very slow.

I was treated like they weren’t trying to make me angry. I’m very easy going. I felt it racist.
