H&R Block

Arrived to a locked door, then ushered into a cold office with a broken window by a nice but rushed assistant trying to cover for her boss who didn't show up for her scheduled appointment. Computer system not working. Turns out that this office is NOT a Certified Acceptance Agent for the IRS ITIN despite it being marked as such on the website AND advertised by a large decal on the window. Would not trust them with my taxes in any case.
