I think this bank is very unprofessional manner in banking business.upon arrival to deposit the cash to my account.they only give me a hand write receipt without any indication of what time of the day such as 9:35am,after the deposit I come home to check the balance but they didn't deposit after almost half hour.they didn't even list a phone number on the website but the 800 number which is cut off some times.

WARNING - Jonathan Ni, the HSBC Arcadia, CA branch manager has manipulated and gaslighted my my 88 year old mother who opened an account there because of a misleading promotion. She met every requirement but he never paid my mother the promotional fee, it is a SCAM.

Simon H. Syer a assitant VP that provided service to us and was rude and awful. When asking direct questions about our account about a convectional loan that we have a rider on he refuse to give us any direct answers on how to take out the deposit we have on the account. He would say that we cannot take out any amount. The worst part is that we continue to a 50 service charge for the account and we came to him for the last 3 months his response was that he help us off the charge, because that shouldn't happen but he has no control over how the bank system works.
