Decent customer service, and the prices are ok for the quality of the product they are trying to sell. There is just not a very big selection of bicycles at least when I went there, but it was hard to try and talk to the gentleman selling the bikes because he kept taking other customers even ones who arrived after me that is why I ultimately did not purchase anything from them because I felt like I was being brushed off by their staff. I would recommend checking out the other bike shops in the area first and check these guys out as a last resort.

Above and beyond! I brought my bike in Tuesday because it was not shifting properly and to give it a quick tune up. Super affordable! Dave was extremely friendly. Will be bringing my bike back for regular tune ups!

Dave is the kindest man! My partner is disabled by psoriatic arthritis and uses a walker but when he bought an adult tricycle, Dave actually came to our house and picked up the box since we had no way to get it to him at the bike shop. Not only did he put it together, but since then he's been by on a few house calls and has made many upgrades, going waaay above and beyond for my Gary. I cannot recommend Dave and Hub City Bike Shop highly enough!! Dave is good people! 🚲💖
