the worst trucking company ever. cancel pickups all the time and say they cant reach customers when they dont even call. use someone else.

Makes you schedule a day and timeslot, expects you to take off from work, then doesn't show up. TWICE.

Hub Group delivered to my house for Home Depot. The driver accidentally busted a hose spigot off the side of my house. Although the driver was very nice and apologetic, the manager of this local location was a complete tool. He offered no apology and eventhough I had to go without water until the situation was fixed he offered no apology and pretty much shrugged his shoulders and said, "There's nothing gonna be done till Monday." I recommend asking Home Depot if this group is delivery material and ask for someone else.
