This place is a gem. Especially Jan. I am not a disgruntled renter who has been evicted or late on rent. Quite the opposite. In the most bizarre scenario for no reason we can imagine we were avoided placed on hold, told to email waited for reply but never received any. Good luck getting someone on the phone who doesn't transfer you to another supervisor who then you must leave a voicemail for. I'm surprised it has 2.5 stars

I rented from Huber for 2 years. Huber is the kind of place that doesn't mess around. You need to read the fine print and follow the rules of your lease. They play by the book. You do your part and they do theirs. They are fast to respond to issues and fix whatever the issue is quickly. I worked hard and cleaned fully and got my full deposit back. Much appreciated. I would like to add that I do not think it is fair to rate a rental company very low if you didn't get rented to. Some of the reviews sound bitter of the fact that they didn't get rented to. Not everyone qualifies for every place they apply for but that's not the rental company's fault.

Extremely difficult to conduct business with this company. Very unprofessional, difficult to deal with, not courteous at all.
