Way out of line with costs! Too many other stores with same products for less! Also, store not as neat & orderly as in the past. Really quite disappointed with clothing selections. Won't be coming here often! Sorry to say, store has appearance of coming to an end.

Bay always have nice and good quality supplies. One catch was when I bought a gift for a 3 months old baby , the lady didn’t check it said it’s 3 items and she put the pans away. I didn’t noticed it until they opened the gift. They should know better infant kids are more than one items.

bought a 5000 dollar couch and paid for delivery in February. no call or email until i called them the day it was supposed to deliver (march 30). they said delivery is not going to happen and they don't know what the plan is. after several calls and complaints, i get a call from the sales person... no apologies or anything except for: here is what we can do, you can pay for delivery from Richmond warehouse and we will cover 15% or you wait until July to have it delivered!!! the worst experience ever!!! i am never buying furniture from them. i canceled and went else where...
