Hugo spent months tirelessly helping me through the HELOC process, not stopping despite many lenders turning me down repeatedly. He kept at it until he found the one and only lender who said yes. His hard work is helping get me through a very difficult financial crisis and I can't imagine what I'd do if he hadn't come through.
