Ordered through GrubHub! Food was delicious but arrived very dry. I ordered sides of teriyaki sauce but they never came. No big deal, we have some at home ❤️ All of the food was delicious and the proportions were huge! I highly recommend eating at Hula Boy Charbroil!

This isn’t for the food primarily because ultimately it’s decent food however the service isn’t decent at all. My husband who is a marine vet served over seas called to make an order the lady was rude and not to helpful. The first part of that sentence matters because my husband hasn’t been talking to many people nor has he really left our home recently. He kept stuttering which is also from a stroke he had but it’s also the anxiety and the lady wouldn’t just let him get the questions out or when he would go silent she would get snappy. This made my husband highly uncomfortable and disoriented. This lady could’ve been more friendly and yes I could’ve done his order myself but he wanted to do it. The service needs to be stepped up and not have rude people answering or taking orders this was unacceptable. Some people who aren’t answering quickly have reasons to why instead of being rude and trying to hurry them up ask them if they need assistance or give them a second. When I went in to grab said order after all of that they were unfriendly and barely said anything then got snappy when I asked a question. Do better be better!

Good service, amazing food. I enjoy eating out but have some reservations, especially about freshness. The food was fresh, the little fruit side salad was excellent. It's a small detail, but I've never been anywhere where the fruit bowl was perfect. So it really had an effect on my overall impression. The sauces are yummy.
