First, I'd like to express my gratitude to Nathaniel for his exceptional customer service. It's not easy to find excellent customer service these days. Nathaniel's service was truly extraordinary. He was the first representative to contact me after I responded to an ad on social media. I was impressed by his prompt response, indicating his dedication to his work. Upon answering, I found Nathaniel to be polite, enthusiastic, professional, and knowledgeable about the solar installation services that Hulk Solar Install's offers. He took the time to thoroughly explain the solar program, its benefits, potential savings, timelines, our responsibilities, and what we could anticipate. His answers to my inquiries were clear and easy to understand. By the end of our conversation, I felt well-informed and at ease, as if I had gained new knowledge. After discussing it with my mother, who is also a mortgage holder, we scheduled an appointment for Nathaniel to visit our Windsor Hills home and present the information to us. My mother had numerous questions, all of which Nathaniel answered satisfactorily. He was also able to provide examples and evidence for everything he explained. My mother was very impressed with his knowledge and personable nature. By the end of Nathaniel's visit, we had signed up, filled out the paperwork, and enthusiastically made the 'We're All In' phone call. Nathaniel reminded us of the next steps and assured us that he would support us until we became one of the next solar-capable homes in our neighborhood. The best part is, once everything is installed, the solar panels on our roof will not only help reduce the load on the electricity grid but also save us money on our monthly electricity bill. So, once again, we want to express our heartfelt THANKS to Nathaniel for EVERYTHING. P.S. My next-door neighbor and best friend had solar panels installed a few months ago, and when they learned about the program we signed up for, let's just say their reaction was quite colorful. They were not pleased with the company they used, which was certainly not Hulk Solar Install's.

We collaborated with Barry to set up solar panels for our residence. I was full of queries, to which Barry responded with patience and clarity. He kept us updated throughout the whole process and was there with us every step of the way. It didn't feel like he disappeared after the sale, in fact, we're still in contact even after a year. The installation was completed earlier than anticipated and the team worked very hard! They displayed professionalism, politeness, and cleanliness. Nathaniel, from the office, also kept us updated throughout the process and made sure we knew what was coming next. Our solar service has been functioning perfectly. During the summer, we saw our solar credits increase. Even in a particularly rainy year, we had a credit during the warmer months. While we did receive an electric bill in the winter, it was significantly smaller compared to our pre-solar bills. This has significantly reduced my worry about unpredictable monthly payments. Initially, I was doubtful, but looking back I can confidently say that it was a wise investment. I would highly recommend Barry and his team for solar installation.

With ever-increasing utility costs, it makes sense to switch to solar energy. The challenge was, we were getting overwhelmed with sales presentations from every direction. The representatives from the solar installation company were polite, not aggressive, and provided genuine solutions to our inquiries and worries. Their cost estimations appeared fair (it's still a significant investment) so we opted to work with them over the other companies we had consulted. Overall, I'm satisfied with our choice. Getting the system installed after signing up took a bit of time. Factors like weather, utility company regulations, and city inspections contributed to the delay. However, the team, including Barry and Nathaniel, were excellent about staying in touch with us to keep us updated on the progress. Everyone we dealt with demonstrated courtesy and professionalism on behalf of the company. The solar installation, from enhancing our breaker panel and wiring conduit to the actual set up of our panels, was carried out quickly and professionally with impressive outcomes by the company's technicians. The wall and sidewalk that were affected by the installation were restored to perfectly match the original construction. They took personal responsibility to ensure we were satisfied with the end result. I've already started recommending this solar installer to my friends and colleagues who are thinking about making the switch to solar. They offered a positive experience from start to finish. We are happy to invest our money in our new solar panels instead of contributing to the utility company's profits. I'm pleased to see the figure on our meter lower when i return home from work than it was when i left in the morning. The real test will come soon when summer comes and the air conditioning starts to run.
